By accessing or using 12Testers14Days services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

12Testers14Days provides QA testing services designed to assist developers in meeting Google Play's closed testing requirements. We deploy real human testers using physical Android devices to test your application for a specified duration.

2. No Guarantee of Google Approval

While we guarantee the delivery of testers and engagement metrics as described in our plans, we explicitly do not guarantee that Google Play will grant you production access. Google's review process encompasses policy compliance, app stability, and metadata quality, which are outside our control.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a valid Google Play closed testing opt-in link.
  • Add our provided tester emails to your Play Console.
  • Ensure your app does not contain malware, illegal content, or violate Google Play Developer Policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 12Testers14Days be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of developer accounts, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of our services.
