TL;DR: How does this work?
You paste our list of 12 Google emails into your Play Console and send us your Opt-in Link. We accept the invite, install the app on real devices, and open it daily for 14 days. On day 15, we send you a feedback report so you can pass Google's review.

Step 1: Order and Add Our Testers (Day 0)
Once you place an order, you will instantly receive a CSV file containing 12 to 20 verified Google accounts. Your only job is to paste these emails into the "Testers" section of your Google Play Console.
After Google approves your closed test track (usually takes 1-3 hours), they will generate a "Web Opt-in Link". Simply reply to your order confirmation email with this link. We do not need your APK file.

Step 2: We Install Your App (Day 1)
Within 4-6 hours of receiving your link, our team of QA professionals will click the link, accept the testing invite, and download your application directly from the Play Store onto their physical Android devices.

Step 3: Real Daily Engagement (Days 1 - 14)
Google's algorithm monitors active retention. Our testers will open your app daily, navigate through the UI, and generate genuine crash-free metrics. If you release an update during this period, our testers will seamlessly install it to demonstrate active development to Google.

Step 4: Apply for Production Access (Day 15)
When the 14 days are complete, the "Apply for Production" button in your Play Console will unlock. We will email you a comprehensive Feedback Report containing notes from our testers.
You will use this report to confidently answer Google's review questionnaire (e.g., "What feedback did you receive? How did you implement it?").
